- Riders and passengers
- Drivers and transport providers
- Car owners (løyvehavere)
- Fleet owners and fleet managers
- Employers and corporate account administrators
- Employees invited to a car owner or fleet owner account
Request Account Deletion
Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Drakkar account and all associated personal data through our self-service portal. The deletion page shows exactly what data is removed for your specific account type.
- Sign in and use our deletion request page — it covers all account types
- You have a 24-hour cancellation window after submitting
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days
- Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial records under Norwegian accounting regulations)
- Once processed, this action cannot be undone
Alternatively, email personvern@drakkkar.no with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. For fleet or corporate accounts, contact team@drakkkar.no.

- Analytics: Opt out of optional analytics through your cookie preferences.
- Push notifications: Disable push notifications through your device settings or the app.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Request Human Review of Automated Decisions
If an automated decision has affected you — such as trip allocation, driver ranking, surge pricing, or priority scoring — you have the right to request a human review under GDPR Article 22.
- Drivers: submit a review request directly through the Drakkar driver app (Klage på beslutning)
- Riders: contact team@drakkkar.no if you believe a pricing or allocation decision was unfair
